PREPARING FOR TWO
Preparing for Two workshops are ideal for parents of a young child who are expecting a second baby. Sessions are led by midwife Hannah and hypnobirthing practitioner Chloe, creators of 5* rated Hello Baby antenatal classes and both mums of two.
The transition from one child to two is an exciting but daunting prospect. It is natural to feel overwhelmed about how you and your family will cope. These focussed workshops provide practical strategies to help parents grow in confidence, support their older child and adapt to this change with ease.
Sunday morning workshops provide a sociable and relaxed environment where you have an opportunity to focus on the arrival of your new baby, and meet a group of local second time parents-to-be who can share the joys and challenges of this journey with you.
It is recommended to attend from 20 weeks of pregnancy onwards. Workshops are taught in Bushey, near Watford, in Hertfordshire.
