Every Hello Baby client is on their own unique journey from pregnancy to parenthood. The 1:1 Antenatal Course prepares you for birth and caring for your new baby in the way that's right for you, with expert content you can trust, delivered by qualified, caring professionals.
You will learn directly from midwife Hannah, who is highly knowledgeable about the maternity care system and has looked after thousands of women, and you will also benefit from Chloe's holistic approach as an experienced hypnobirthing practitioner and doula. Realistic and comprehensive education sessions will equip you to navigate all types of birth, with a focus on having a positive experience. An emphasis on the postnatal period will prepare you for physical recovery from birth, as well as how your mental health may be affected and how you can nurture yourselves during this time. Interactive activities will give you the skills and confidence to care for and feed your new baby.
