MEET NEW FRIENDS
You’ll join a friendly group of local parents-to-be with similar due dates. All classes are relaxed, welcoming and a great way to build a support network of friends to share your journey to parenthood.
PREPARE FOR BIRTH AND BABY
The course is created and led by a midwife and a doula. Sessions cover all aspects of labour, caesarean birth, breastfeeding and formula, newborn care and postpartum. Parents tell us they feel informed, supported and more confident after the course.
